Customer Service Remote

Where Veterinary Experience Meets Remote Opportunity

For Techs & Assistants Who Lead With Clinical Accuracy

We created this remote opportunity for veterinary professionals who rely on strong medication knowledge, attention to detail, and sound clinical judgment.

If you:

  • Regularly work with prescriptions and dosing
  • Identify inconsistencies before they reach the client
  • Ask questions when protocols don’t align
  • Value precision because patient safety matters

You may be exactly who we’re looking for.

What We Do

Veterinary clinics are busier than ever. Phone calls stack up. Follow-ups get delayed. Compliance slips through the cracks.

That’s where we come in.

dvmReach partners with veterinary hospitals to handle essential outbound client outreach, helping ensure pets receive timely care while allowing clinic teams to stay focused on medicine.

Every call we make represents a clinic’s reputation. Every conversation impacts patient outcomes.

The Role: Veterinary Outreach Customer Service Agent

As a Reach Agent, you will:

  • Conduct outbound calls to pet parents regarding past-due care
  • Use your clinical understanding to communicate accurately and confidently
  • Recognize inconsistencies or concerns when reviewing information
  • Maintain precise documentation aligned with clinic policies
  • Represent veterinary teams with professionalism and warmth

Who This Role Is For

This position is intentionally designed for:

  • Veterinary Technicians (LVT, RVT, CVT)
  • Experienced Veterinary Assistants
  • Professionals with strong medication knowledge and workflow familiarity

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with prescriptions and dosing
  • Catch errors before they reach the client
  • Stay calm when navigating rejected RXs or escalations
  • Appreciate structure, clarity, and documentation
  • Communicate professionally and confidently

If your background is primarily front-desk scheduling without regular medication exposure, this likely won’t be the right fit.

Why dvmReach?

Because you can still impact patient care, without being in the exam room.

  • Fully Remote
  • Full-Time (40 hours/week)
  • $18/hour
  • PTO + Holiday Pay
  • Company-provided equipment
  • Founded by veterinary industry professionals

We understand clinic life because we’ve lived it.

Our team brings warmth, clarity, and positive energy to every interaction, supporting both pet owners and the hospitals we represent.
